Today, Carrara Pastries is under the loving care of the Jones family, who reside in east Ventura County. At the heart of this venture is Mel Jones, a seasoned businessman with a diverse background, and a passion for preserving Carrara Pastries' legacy of quality and passion. He is joined by his son and daughter-in-law, who share his enthusiasm for the culinary arts and are integral parts of the Carrara Pastries team.
